Publish Power BI to non-licensed users Software.Did she have the same problem while physically on the work network? (not via vpn) Could it be a group policy or VPN policy that's interfering? If none of that works, (I doubt I'll be something as severe as a Windows profile issue as everything else is working). If that works get her to sign-in to her Google account in Chrome to restore passwords, favourites etc. If that doesn't work try uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it (not just a reinstall over the top). Then navigate to C:\Users\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\ and rename the Default folder to Default.old then restart Chrome and try again. If there aren't any extensions: If she has a Google account, get her to sign-in with Chrome (profile picture at top right) to backup favourites, passwords etc then close Chrome. Disable all extensions anyway and try again. ![]() If it does, it's a chrome profile issue or an extension issue. ![]() Maybe try loading Chrome in safe mode and see if that fixes the problem. Are there any extensions that might be randomising her location? For instance, I use Brave which has a load of annonymising tools built-in to protect against fingerprinting, location identification, etc and I get the MFA emails and captcha requests a lot. ![]() Do a full cache clear out and see if that helps. I am not sure what is going on here, could it be a corrupt Windows profile? Maybe it is a browser issue? She mostly uses Google Chrome, I checked her browser settings and cookies are turned on and they are configured to always save cookies and not to delete the automatically. I have documented her external IP and I have not noticed it changing or anything. She uses an IPSEC VPN to connect to the office network. ![]() When she goes to a website, for example her banking website, it sends her an email saying "There has been a login on your account from a new device" even when she has logged into this website before many times. The computer was brought home to her home network and this is when the problem started. One of my users is running into an issue where when she navigates to the websites she always uses, the website acts like she is connecting from a new device and send her a verification code to sign in from a new device.
